Where Is ATL Diesel Located?  

ATL Diesel is located at 14782 Highway 287 South Chillicothe, Texas 79225. The Chillicothe location is our remanufacturing facility while our distribution center, with a large inventory of new parts, is in Springfield, Missouri. Our headquarters allows us to offer various services and a centralized distributor location.

What Is Your Refund/Return Policy?

At ATL Diesel, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return process for our customers. Learn more about these policies with this breakdown of how you can initiate a return and the key guidelines to keep in mind:

  1. Initiating a Return
    • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
    • Fill out our Return Material Authorization form (RMA) to start the process.
    • Allow 1 to 2 business days for our Customer Service Department to review the form and approve your request.
  2. Return Approval and Shipping
    • Once your return request is approved, we will email you an RMA and a shipping label for you to print.
    • Pack your items carefully to prevent damage during shipping; you are responsible for any shipping-related damages.
    • Include the RMA inside the package with the item being returned; items without the RMA will not be processed.
    • Place the shipping label on the outside of the package; freight charges are the customer's responsibility.
  3. Credit Issuance
    • Your credit will be issued within 30 business days of receiving your part, subject to restocking fees if applicable.

What Are the Prerequisites for a Product Return?

To ensure a successful return and credit issuance, the following prerequisites must be met:

  • Items must be accompanied by the RMA issued during the request process.
  • Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in original condition.
  • Items purchased at a discounted price due to damage or use are not eligible for return.
  • Gaskets, gasket sets, seals, seal kits, manuals, and used parts submitted for warranty consideration are not returnable.

Processing Fees and Restocking

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable for cancellations due to various customer errors.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-stock items.

  • ATL Diesel covers return shipping costs for damaged items or incorrect shipments.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including round-trip costs.
  • ATL Diesel disclaims liability for delivery interruptions caused by uncontrollable factors.

Can You Help Me if I Need to Rebuild an Entire Diesel Engine?

Yes! Since the early 1970s, ATL Diesel has stood as a cornerstone in the diesel re-manufacturing industry. With a history of serving numerous OEM dealers like Caterpillar, Cummins, and Detroit. Though we do not do the actual rebuild, our in-house diesel machine shop offers various new and remanufactured parts for your rebuild. Our team can also provide longblocks or drop-in engines.

Do You Offer Free Delivery?

Yes, free delivery is available on orders of $80 or more.
