Our complete head replacement kit comes with:

1. New Loaded Cylinder Head -  Our castings are engineered, designed, and assembled in the U.S.A. They are better than OEM quality containing 5% more nickel content in the casting material. This additional nickel content prevents the cylinder head from cracking in between the valves. Additionally, the coolant passages have been enlarged by 30%, and inner ribs have been reinforced to reduce heat stress. 
2. Complete New Headbolt Kit - Caterpillar 3406E, C15, C15 Acert bolts are torque to yield and Caterpillar requires that they be changed every time you change the cylinder head. You can also UPGRADE to our IPD Cryogenic Headbolt kit which do not stretch or loose their torque!
3. New Spacer Plate - We have both the stock spacer plate and the .003' undersized spacer plate to choose from!
4. Complete Upper Head Gasket Set - These upper head sets come with all the gaskets needed to swap your existing head for our new one!
5. 12 New Valve Bridges - Caterpillar ALWAYS recommends changing the valve bridges when changing the cylinder head, especially if you are purchasing a brand NEW head!
